doesn't matter what race you choose .. i tried an ogre sk who follows Rallos Zek and it is the same effect: i got the note from Wenglawks (only guy who is indifferently from starters), but Kellek was dubious to me, so he wouldn't take the note. |

I think its rather interesting that Innoruuk would have an item called a ring of "pureblood" that is only wearable by High Elves. You would think he would have used his godly powers to change it only for Dark Elves.
Who knows, maybe after you kill him it reverts back? |

Think on this, why do you have to kill a good mob in order to get Ghoulbane, a weapon that only a holy warrior can use. If you stop to think about it a paladin shouldn't kill another good creature in order to loot his weapon. |

This is not a common weapon off the cougars. I've killed 50+ snow cougars trying to get my cougar claw earring, and haven't seen one bloodstained fang. |

My 21st lvl warrior has this item, and he often gets a message that his will is not sufficiant for the weapon. Is there a level at which the haste works? I've been told by a few people that the haste is permanent, but why is it trying to proc? |

I have one of these at lvl 45 with maxed 2hb skill, so far the max I have hit was 140. I consistently hit for 70-100 and alot of times 110-120.
It looks like a wu's trance stick, and most people go OMG what is that when they see it hit so hard, and they are used to a trance stick hitting for < |

How long it takes a non Iksar to get into Cabilis? About 5 levels at the Sarnak Fort if you're agnostic. I know, my RL roommate plays an Agnostic Dwarven Rogue, and he can buy and sell from Iksar now. =) |

I'm a ranger, but i can't see why a guild would blow time on this armor when ToV is out there for dragon or giant aligned people and every class can get something. With the shoddy pathing in hate upstairs, unless you're just not creative enough to get past sontalak, this isn't much easier to obtain. |
