	...but not gonna like it. This has monk and rogue written all over it. There are no other classes in the game that would be able to use this better. And the arguement can't be made for other warring classes. Agi and Dex are not primary requisites for those classes, they are for rogues and monks.

	This is one of the best items I have seen that drops for a necromancer. The ac is nice along with the int, but its the plus 15% to the alteration that makes it count. Most of the necro spells depend on this skill, I would certanily roll against a enchanter for it.

	This can be equipped in the range slot, and no if you hit the range slot hot key it will not throw it so is safe to keep the hot key up while you have this enabled.

	About the fire elemental DS, you can strip it with any of the cancel magic line of spells. Once that is done the fire eles have very few hps and go down very fast.
