I am a monk myself, but I would rather have this for the Vah'shir Bard I would like to make.. They don't have a lot of agi/dex to begin with, and there's already TONs of stuff that gives str/sta/wis for them, but not a lot of stuff that gives dex/agi.

I have a BST at lvl 39 with these stats: str 149, sta 113, alg 120, dex 109, wis 114, int 71, cha 75... And it doesn't seem to proc. Any word on when this procs? |

Couple comments to make...not a bad line of thought, but:
- Caster dodge is capped pretty low -- 75 @ level 50 (and 60) vs more than twice that for many melees. 4% means more if you have more to begin with...
- on a related note, my dodge skill (maxed) fires 4% of the time at most -- an extra |
