	Confirming that this DOES drop again. Unfortuantely not sure what mob it came from, but our group was pulling from the fort, and we had this drop. Definitely was not a named mob, so maybe it's random loot, just rare?

	how can anyone say this aint better than the thrug kael or ss quest armor????? same ac as thurg and ss with same or more wis/str/sta and GREAT resists! anyone that says this aint good armor aut to have their head examined.

	Pretty funny. If a group adds a shaman for MELEE that group has got serious mental problems. You're not there to melee. You're there for your spells. If you want to pick at a mob while not casting spells thats fine but don't pretend that you're dropping blues with your MELEE skills!!!!! I

	got one earlier in the game. had it since level 10, im level 47 druid now. cant beat that +mana. every 1 point of wisdom=10 points of mana, so 45 mana=4.5 points of wisdom, which would make this book 12.5 wisdom, which is pimp as hell. nice secondary for any druid or the like. Cypherus Saber

	nice very nice int wis makes it a plus for casters str and hp makes it a nice pice for melee th lvl to attain this makes it a littel bit hard on melles cause by that time they should have better head pice with more ac and stats i woul like it for my necro the in and hp makes it uber for a necro

	As a Paladin, I wouldn't take this except for when working on Tradeskills... and even then, I've got a Ro Helm for that. No saves to make up for the loss in AC = Not worth it.

	Considering this is no drop off of the High Priest in Ssra (55th lvl+ raid force mob) the Plate/Chain classes (SK/Pal/Rng/Shm/Cle) will already have better head slot items. This item should go to an int caster or a Druid.

	I was lucky enough to win this belt tonight. The proc is indeed 30% haste and 50 sta. the buff does stack with vog altho i would assume you only gain the STA portion of the buff at that point. It does not stack however with shammy STA buffs. right now testing out stacking issues. I have this stupid

	Even a lot of druids are going to have better. My 58 druid has the SS hat, which, in my opnion, is better, so I wouldn't need this.

	It was indeed the pesky Overfiend Fury debuff that was preventing the spell from sticking. after losing Aego i had to dispell myself to get rid of the debuff and the spell then took hold. /cheers

	The Flaming Dirk also drops from the Spirit of Tawro, a level 60 elemental that spawns after killing Tawro Icequake, a level 60 Syl Ren (blue alien). So now there are at least two on my server. :)

	Dunno about Rangers or Shammies, but Rogue kael bp is 48ac 15 str 6 sta 14agi a couple of saves, 60 hp. This would however be a NICE bp to wear for mobs that have AE because of the resists and extra 15 hp + whatever the sta translates into. Hehe, but I wouldn't trade my Kael bp for this by any s

	I can't believe that the folks at verant that decide what goes on what mobs, put this kind of nodrop stuff on mobs that tough. As has been stated by several people, most folks at these levels are going to have equal or better equipment to some of what has been dropping. I apologize for my vent
