	think about this for a reason why they need more cash at 4 million per month. approxiamately 100 GM's, who recently recieved pay raises so that they would be happier in their work and put up with whiny newbs. then think of the 40 or so servers that are up 24 /7 and have to be maintained CONSTANTLY.

	So far as I can tell, and have heard, merchant prices top out around 103-115 cha (I know, this is a wide range, but I've heard several different things) . 	Amazing that Verant, not that i dispise them, would put in an item so futile. This is almost worse then the item you get at the start. But, I guess it has some sort of up. Oh well, could always sell to a merchant for two platinum! :)

	I posted this and I have to say, the main reason I bought two is that they make your piercing skill rocket into orbit. They are dirt cheap and drop off low level MOBs (heck I bought em of a vender for 4 plat total), but for the price there isn't much that will help your skill like these. I wen

	There are very few PAL piercers, and I believe none so fast as this - so I'd take it for that reason alone. Plus, at lower levels, this is a way fast item to raise skill for the other classes as well.

	Not a great weapon, compared to what rogues and warriors receive (was angry when I realized that I used a ruined drakeling scale to get it, but then went and looted another one right away). It does look nice, and completes the set -- will keep it for social events when my life is not on the line.
