• 0 to 3,000 - Neutral
• 3,001 to 10,000 - Friendly
• 10,001 to 20,000 - Decorated
• 20,001 to 35,000 - Honored
• 35,001 to 60,000 - Revered
• 60,001+ - Glorified

† The actual numbers are somewhat fluid as some factions like you immediately, while others are not so trustful. Go to the Notoriety tab of your Character Sheet UI to see your current status with a particular faction and exactly how much notoriety you need to get to the next level.
