This Quest is a continuation of the Love is in the Air quest-chain, and a Daily.
It is handed out in Stormwind by Inspector Snip Snagglebolt.

Mobs and wagon was found in the pass between Aerie Peek and Hiri'Watha in the Hinterlands.

The mobs involved in the quest are close to the wagon, and spawn rather fast.
Be prepared to be engaged by 3-4 at once.
The 'Crown Agents' were all 44-45 and surrounding the area was Witherbark trolls of 41-42.
I completed this quest today with a 42 Hunter.

There should be no problems, soloing it.
Being patient, kill swift and avoiding the respawns goes a long way
