I found them around the 2 bodies of water between portals "reclaimer's Hold and Three Springs" I ran around the bodies of water with the macro I created, target Foulmouthed Bogling you don't need to use any / commands or anything just "target Foulmouthed Bogling", give it a title and an icon and it will work.
