I pre-ordered Outer Brood, having been absent for a time, thinking it would grant me access to Laurion's Song and the Persona feature, but it does not include the feature. I do have 30/30 expansions on the server select screen, but 0/0 personas, requiring me to buy the feature separately.
No expansions give the features that come with them during release if you did not buy it at that time.
Once a new expansion has released the only thing you get from the old expansion are the zones.
It has been this way for years.
For example if you want Activated Key Ring Slots (5-slot packs) that comes with the current expansion (The Outer Brood) then you would need to buy it sometime during the year before they release the next expansion around Oct 2025. There is usually a sale right before that which can help with the cost.
