Talk with Okeanos in Reshanta at Siel's Western Fortress once you have reached at least Level 38. Description Level 40 Destroying the Guard Tower Destroy the West of Siel Guard Tower that attacks the fortress gate (0/1). Basic Reward XP † Abyss Points Okeanos's Ring (PW/AA)

Quest Notes

To get this quest Elyos must control the fort, so it only makes sense that the guard tower you have to destroy is the one far to the south on the tail feathers. There will be six Asmo NPCs guarding the tower and three of them will be Elite.
