• Multiple adds spawn shortly after aggroing Lethar:
• a lotus breath drake
• a monitor drake
• a fleshrender drake

• And at 50%:
• a mirrorscale drake (don't allow Lethar to face this drake)

A chest spawns following completion of this encounter.
