- Talk with Sleipnir
- Talk with Baugi
- Get a clue from Captain Hinden to find the Quartz Lens.
- Find the treasure chest and retrieve the Quartz Lens.
- Install the lens in the Anair Lighthouse Light Source
- Report the result to Sleipnir

You must be at least Level 40 to open or receive this quest. See Asmodian 40 for more quests that can be started at this same level.
Towards the end of the fight, Captain Hinden will vanish, turn you into a Revenant, and appear right in front of you and you will be unable to fight. A Healing Root (PW/AA) is good for removing this effect.
The important phrase to decode from the letter is that he "stowed it in a sp--- at the top of the stairs on the castle wall at Anair Harbor."
In the middle of the north wall you will see a flight of stairs, then a landing with two ghosts and two chests. Next is a short few steps up and another landing with 3 ghosts and two chests. The 4th chest, the one on the boxes, is the correct chest. All the others will spawn an Ice Spire (PW/AA) that will attack you.
When you get to the lighthouse, go counter-clockwise around the base and jump up on the rocks at the very edge. From there you can jump onto the landing around the base without having to fight the guards at the stairs!
