Usage	/localsettings (subcommand) (number)
Description	Changes various game settings. Subcommands: Shadows high/normal/off - Toggle player shadow display between high, normal, and off. charanum (number) (25-50) - Change number of displayed characters distance (number) (0-10) - Change draw distance Footeffect on/off - Turn footsteps sound effects on and off. This command is not available on the Playstation 2 or the Xbox 360.
Example	/localsettings shadows high /localsettings Footeffect off
