Maj'Dul Housing (EQ2)  

Overview

In Maj'Dul, rather than become a citizen you must align yourself with one of the Court factions. Reaching kindly status will allow you to purchase a 2-room home (requires a basic Maj'Dul residency license), warmly allows you to purchase a 3-room home (requires a Maj'Dul residency license), and ally allows you to purchase a 6-room home (requires an affluent Maj'Dul residency license).

With Game Update 53, the simple Maj'Dul apartment and Maj'Dul merchant apartments each received one extra room; the large Maj'Dul residence and the affluent Maj'Dul residence both received three extra rooms. There were also windows added to some of the rooms. The homes had their item allotment increased to reflect their new amount of rooms.

The Large and Affluent residences will receive an outside balcony in Game Update 58. The homes with this new room will also have an additional 100 item allotment.
