• Ground Floor - The Guild Charter Magistrate is found here along with several Guild Quest NPCs.
• First Mezzanine - Ramps from the ground floor access this crossed walkway.
• Second Mezzanine - The only way to get to this floor from below is by Teleporter.
• Second Floor - Mages - Mindolfus Keernan (High Mage), and the Soul Quest NPCs for Archon and Warlock. There are seven Books on this floor: On Neddra the Warlock, Amardis Mathos: Paladin, Phynnious Rothmann: Pyromancer, The Unholy Blight: Reavers, A History of the Eth, Elementalists, The First Mages, and Vachir Altan: Champion
• Third Floor - Clerics - Rinalda Densmire (High Cleric), and the Soul Quest NPCs for Inquisitor, Justicar, Purifier and Warden. There are three books on this floor: Niyol Cliffswind: Sentinel, Nysyr: Inquisitor, and Talos Roda: Purifier
• Fourth Floor - Etna Minos, the High Rogue. There are three books on this floor: Durnes: Ranger, Acacia Zardonis: Nightblade, and Veseslav: Assassin
• Top Floor - Office of The Unseen - The Faceless Man
• Observatory - Here you will find the Master of the tower, Orphiel Farwind, the founder of the Defiant.
