Talk with Lano in Eltnen at Eltnen Fortress. Description Level 20 Bait and Switch Gather the materials to make paste bait from Web Phaini (PW/AA)s and Hooked Sylphens, and take them to Lano. Crasaur Fin (5) (PW/AA) Sylphen Tail (3) Lano promised Octavia a delivery but was running out of bait. Collect Crasaur Flippers and Sylphen Tails, two important materials, for him.
