Rift Quest:Help the Injured - An Outfitter's Skills  

To do this quest you must have skill in Outfitting. Speak to:

• Defiant: Adept Dinoce at (6167, 5202) in Meridian
• Guardian: Lieutentant Yillasia at (7389, 3064) in Sanctum

You need to collect 5 Ultra-Thin Hides (obtained via Butchering) and using the Travelling Outfitter's Kit you are given to create a Roll of Ultra-Thin Bandages at the triage table (found next to your quest giver).

Your reward is 25 Glass Beads. This can be repeated daily throughout Phase 3 of Carnival of the Ascended.
