Head to the stone bridge of the Naga Supply Line and support Lieutenant Rayji Bunifens and his team.

Rayji Bunifens can be found a short distance from the broken bridge (at 67.5, 31.5), on the south side of the road under a large tree. You may get a whisper, from Rayji, saying "Adventurer, were you looking for me? come quickly..."

He tells you that you need to gather up some companions and come to the Bridge Team's aid. It appears he will not move to the bridge or respond to any other quest-related conversation until you are in a group.
