You must go to Greater Faydark, to the Fae Court 420.89, 136.57, 258.42 and speak to Lady Milika Vikaarinen. You'll need to have completed Learning Faerlie quest to speak to her. Be VERY careful if you are evil aligned, as level 95 guards roam the area, and WILL attack! She will tell you three tasks you must undertake to heal Queen Amree:
Travel to The Sinking Sands and take the carpet to Maj'Dul. Find Scholar Al'shir at -201, 166, -158 on the steps at the Library of the Light. He will give you a Rose Essence Extractor and send you on a search for a rose. The rose is located at -357, -90, -432 in The Sinking Sands, and you must look for it at night, after 8 pm game time. The rose is called a Nightblooming Desert Rose.
Travel to The Barren Sky to buy the rare wind reagent. You will need to speak the Volant language (the aviak language) for this part of the quest (obtained by completing the Words of a Feather quest). The wind reagent is bought from an Elemental Alchemist named Silverbeak. He's on Whisperwind Isle at -680.89, 8.45, -500.72 ; climb the three walls that lead to The Nest of the Great Egg instance, go around the corner and he is above the instance. The cost of the reagent is 4.
The last ingredients needed are two smoldering materials. These must be harvested (in Kunark); you can not buy them or have them traded to you. You'll need 340+ harvesting skills.
Once you have all four ingredients, return to Greater Faydark and turn them in to Orika Vikaarinen, the Royal Apothecary, upstairs/above the royal court at 421.51, 142.95, 239.01 .
Pray at Tunare's altar in Kelethin. The altar is in the first acorn on your left, next to Kurista, after you come up the Old Kelethin Acorn Lift ( 49, 0, 77 ) .
You need to heal your enemies and your friends of the pox. This step next leads you to healing several different afflicted by using the bottle of Tunare's Tears in your inventory.
Kill 20 "individuals who have enslaved others" (a Sathirian whipcracker) and kill a Sathirian Slavemaster at -133.76, -121, 497 . These can be found in the basement of Sebilis, on the way to Venril Sathir's Lair. The Sathirian Slavemaster is non-aggro but when you hail him he becomes aggro (need Sathirian language). He has a five minute respawn.
Alternate remains are located in a chest in Kotiz's Hidden Study. The chest is located at -319.21, -22.04, 341.28 . To access Kotiz's secret study area, twist a table lamp at -307.2, -21.15, 324.77 .
Daluntiir tells you that in his brother's remains he found his journal. Inside the journal he talks about a relic that Venril Sathir split into three pieces.
Each piece update is an auto-update; upon killing the mob you get a quest update which grants you the respective relic piece. The mobs must killed in order.
Your Mythical Weapon has unique effects which will not work on level 81-90 spells, combat arts, or pets. By completing two quests, you may convert your Fabled or Mythical Epic Weapon into an Enervated Weapon and add persistent Mythical Effect spells to your knowledge book. This allows you to acquire other weapons without losing class-defining Mythical effects.
The quest requires that your class and your Epic weapon match. You will only receive the mythical spell gem of your current class.
You can start this series as long as you have the fabled version of your epic. But if you have completed "Epic Repercussions" then you will not be rewarded the mythical weapon if you go back and complete your class specific Kunark mythical quest.
The quests which make your Epic Weapon effect into a spell is the same for all classes.
