When you click on the Obenmoti's Secret Plan ( 66.3, 23.5 ) a Zurhidon Plotter (Ggl) (45) spawns. You need to move back a little bit as you cannot "see" him where he spawns.

Mid-fight, Obenmoti (Ggl) appears (non-attackable) and walks outside. Then begins waves of mobs. Obenmoti (Ggl) (attackable) will be in the first wave. Ignore the others, kill him and loot the plans. The rest of the mobs will vanish and the waves stop.
