Talk with Neisthea in Heiron at Destroyed Guard Tower once you have reached at least Level 32. Description Level 33 The Cold, Cold Ground Hunt Longhorn Abexes, Fierce Humpback Worgs, or Steelfur Karnifs and take their skins to Neisthea. Abex Skin (5) Worg Skin (3) (PW/AA) Karnif Skin (1) (PW/AA) Give her one of the three Skin bundles. Basic Reward XP † The reward depends on what you choose to give her. Abex Skins - 24,000  Worg Skin (PW/AA)s - Greater Mana Potion (5) (PW/AA) Karnif Skin (PW/AA) - 6,600  and Greater Life Serum (5) (PW/AA)

Longhorn Abexes and Fierce Humpback Worgs can be found near the Lepharist camp.

The Steelfur Karnifs are down the path to Heiron Pass just past the bridge in Vaizel's Peak,

The Worg and Karnif Skins are an uncommon drop.
