This quest is unlocked when you reach level 29 Description Level 34 The Shadow's Command Search the Eracus Temple Cavern. Talk with Actaeon. Investigate the whereabouts of Priest Philipemos. You found the diary. Report to Actaeon. Find the Torn Pages of the diary and bring them to Actaeon. Pg 28: Philipemos's Diary (PW/AA) Pg 31: Philipemos's Diary (PW/AA) Pg 33: Philipemos's Diary (PW/AA) Go to Eltnen Observatory and talk with Dionera. Kill Hippolytus. Report to Dionera. Order: Strange Aetheric energy is emerging from the Artifact on the floor of Eracus Temple Cavern. Go to the Underground Temple and investigate the Artifact. Quest Notes

At first step, when you enter Eracus Temple, go forward to the fly ring and continue ahead, flying to the floor, you will find the Underground Temple Artifact near the opposite wall. You will find Philipemos's Corpse just inside the second chamber inside the Temple.
