Objectives:
  1. Reach level 34
  2. Find Zefren Crane
  3. Enter Charnelfield
  4. Complete dungeon objectives
  5. Find Businessman
  6. Enter Toothward Tombs
  7. Find Parcell
  8. Return to Founders' Annex
  9. Choose Cyprian Gaunt (Arbiters) or Zefren Crane (Consortium)

Rewards:

Find the three packages of Questionable Merchandise scattered in the Toothward Tombs

At the end you talk to either representative of the Arbiters or the Consortium. One of them will give you a Myth Quartz.
