Description	We found Delta Bunker inventory records that indicate the EMC had advanced optical targeting sights. They were prototypes created by reverse-engineering Votan tech. Please obtain some so we can analyze the technology.

From "optical sights", you might guess it is probably only the Riflemen that update this contract. Observation says this looks correct, but I could swear I have seen a few of the others update. You should get 8-10 3-5 updates per run. The contribution nerf means you get NO update unless you personally tag every single mob in the map. So, with this nerf you can expect to run this map 5 to 8 times.
