What is the max a base stat can be?

I dont know for sure but I think it can depend on the cms u buy cuz some make it to where u can put more stats where u've already maxd them.
But u can also go to Hodstock.com

blah I don't know. What are you making? and what Level are you. Then we can help you.
But, this is a senseless question anyways. You will find out well before your 60. And thats the only level this question would even matter.

Well i have a 28 rogue with about 160 dex and 110 str (both base) and he can't do crap for damage. So i was wondering if i just maxed out both of those stats will i actually do damage. And what am i doing wrong, why can't i hit anything hard at all?
Because a 28rge sucks. lol
Trust me, keep playing that rge. I have 2. Love them.
Need help with it. Just let me know. I mean a you will love it later. I can bet you. Rogues are nasty BURST damage toons. They do alot right away. Not so much each swing.
I will need your cms count. and your race.
And decide what Form you want Lion-blah- Wolf-yay!- Rat-Good- Gator-noob- Bear-Delete lol-
If you don't want a form. And want to be a GwH....your choice. They are good. I played one... I dislike. But each there own.
1.) Berserker Barbarian Rogue 1050cms -Banned Wolf
2.) Assassin Elf Rogue 1200cms -Lion
And- a reason why you may hit so low. Is due to the enemy you are attacking. Your 28 and might be hitting a level 35. Big difference.
Get to 30. Get your path. Go up against a yellow. If you can't beat it. Then your hp is way to low,. boost that up. Trust me, if you can't atleast take ONE hit, your no good lol and people will get pissed.
A rge at 60 can solo so much with Daggers.
