[WOW] Item Upgrader needs search criteria modified.

Currently, it is including high level items that my low and mid level characters cannot equip. These items usually top the list and when following the link prove to be High level items, that do not have a minimum level listed (quest items, reputation purchase items)

The default search criteria is "NULL" thru "Character Level" a change to "1" thru "Character Level" would remove most if not all of the unwanted items.
