Four New Voices Added to DC Universe Online

Sony Online Entertainment has just announced the addition of four new voice actors to DC Universe Online. Joining the cast will be Wil Wheaton as Robin, Arleen Sorkin reprising her role as Harley Quinn, Corey Burton as Brainiac and Dwight Schultz as The Flash.

Sorkin has been a successful actress, television host, writer and producer for many years. Her role as Harley Quinn in Batman: The Animated Series was so successful that SOE was excited to have her playing the character again.

Wheaton's long and successful career has taken him through many facets of the sci-fi world, most notably as Wesley Crusher in Star Trek: The Next Generation. Having Wheaton play Robin for DCUO seemed like a natural fit to SOE.

Schultz is best known for his portrayals of Howlin Mad Murdock from Stephen J. Canell’s The A-Team and Reg Barclay from Star Trek: The Next Generation. His voice work has also been included in such animated projects as Vampire Hunter D, Princess Mononoke, and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.

Circe revealed in DC Universe Online

Boy, that's a lot of Circe Screenshots! The latest reveal from SOE's DC Universe Online is the Sorceress Circe, who ruled the island of Aeaea (can I buy a consonant here?). According to comic book lore, Circe made a pact with the witch goddess Hecate, and in order to become more powerful, Circe agreed to become Hecate's instrument of vengeance against the Gods of Olympus. Naturally, this makes Circe the archnemesis of Wonder Woman, whose powers were gifts from those same Olympian gods. She can change her own appearance, cast mystical bolts of destructive energy and even make gods, men or beasts do her evil bidding. Check out our Circe screenshots in our ZAM Screenshot Gallery!
