Urgent! News from customer service regarding Bug Bash!
As you have now seen there are a gazillion things coming with the exciting bug bash tomorrow.
Customer Service would like to highlight just a few of them that are by design and as such we would ask you not to petition about these issues, but rather read the following dev notes carefully as they will answer your questions on these changes.

Combat Changes
- Missions from combat and Bounty Hunter terminals are now capped at level 90.
- Most overland world spawns are now capped at level 90.
- Most elite mobs on non-adventure planets have been changed to normal mobs. Adventure planets are: Endor, Dathomir, Mustafar, Kashyyyk, and Yavin IV.
- Some mobs on adventure planets have had their level increased and/or gained the elite or boss status.
- All reactive health heals are now on a shared pull down group. The abilities modified are: The Entertainer reactive heal, the static base reactive heal, and the GCW ability Unstoppable. Reactive heals are now on a cool down timer of 3 seconds.
- The working driod factory: Aurek and Vesh now have unique encounter elements and the time limit to kill them has been reduced to 15 seconds.
- Updated the hit point and damage values for the volcano crater encounter on Mustafar.
- Factional comm link NPC's can only attack and be attacked by opposing special forces players or opposing comm link NPC's.
- Smuggler Medic now uses bacta grenades instead of an area effect heal.
- Action costs for DOT attacks has been reduced.
Game Play
- Different classes now give different stats compared to everyone originally getting a 0 or a 90 in their statistics.
- You must now be within 10 meters of a lair in order to search it.
- Creature AI will no longer ignore players with more than a ten level difference between them.
- Level ranges for dynamic spawner and hunting missions have been altered. Missions for hunting can only be offered from terminals of your corresponding level.
- Added a fix to keep stealth actions from being used while calling a companion.
- Naming a beast with spaces in the title will cause the name to be rejected. You can no longer have spaces, tabs, or new lines or carriage returns in a pet name.
- Elite and boss NPC's will no longer drop junk dealer type items.
- Junk dealer loot drops particularly those used in reverse engineering have been redistributed. There should be fewer rare and ultra common junk loot drops.
- A wider variety of junk loot will drop from NPC's of all levels.
- A storyteller prop may no longer be moved horizontally to a location where it would be higher above the ground than it could be moved vertically. e.g. You can not move something off the top of a high hill to have it in the sky.
- All foods and drinks will now overwrite each other to allow you to quickly switch between which food buffs you wish to have active.
- Seeker droids no longer update a way point on targets that are in stealth mode.
- You must allow your beast pet time to rest before storing it into the BCD. e.g. You will not be able to store it instantly in or after combat.
- A Festive Gathering painting is now NO TRADE.
Crafting
- Creature AI will no longer ignore players with more than a ten level difference between them.
- Old loot crates that could not be opened have been removed.
- The difficulty of iterative reverse engineering (or re-reverse engineering) is now scaled based upon the plus power of the mod. It is now much easier to get a +1 increase in power when reverse engineering crafted items with stats when the stat is low. As you iterate on it and raise the value of the power bit, the difficult approaches what it was previously as it nears the +35 cap.
- The Gungan Head Statue is now available at level 86.
Guilds
- Added remote player association access devices to all players datapads.
- With the remote player association access devices you can perform all guild functions except creation and leadership transfer. You no longer have to be near the other player to do these functions. To sponsor someone the player has to be online. To transfer leadership you still have to be within 20 meters of each other.
- Player association voting has been temporarily disabled.
- Player association halls can no longer be automatically transferred to the leader of the player association. If you want to transfer use normal methods...contacting Customer Service is NOT a normal method
- Structure traders are now granted a schematic for a guild registering device. This device can then be used by a player not in a player association to create a player association. Once a player association is created the device is destroyed and a player association display screen is added. This screen is decoration for housing. The player association leader is its owner and it is NO TRADE. When examined it will give information about your player association. When it is destroyed the guild leader has the option to create a new one. Player association terminals no longer spawn in player association halls or the Mustafarian bunker. Player association leaders are able to set permissions on any member whether they are online or not.
- Unlike the old player association terminals, the new player association screen can be destroyed.
- Only one player association UI can be opened at a time. If you try to open a new window or type a slash command the window you currently have open will close.
- Structure traders can craft cartridges that can be used to change your player association data screens. Cartridges are loaded by the PA leader through the radial menu while it is in their inventory.
- Several new guild commands have been added:-
-guildshowalpha shows member names in alphabetical order.
-guildshowtitle shows all titles so you can search for member by title.
-guildshowpermission shows all permissions so you can search by permissions.
-guildshowname opens a search window to type in the name of the guild member you wish to find.
-guildinfo shows the same information as the PA display screen.
-guildsponsor allows you to sponsor someone just as if using the access device.
-guildchangename allows you to change the guilds name just as if using the access device
-guilddisband allows you to disband the guild just as if using access device.
/guildshow will still display the list of filters you can use.
HIGHLIGHTS
We thought you would love to know the following! We sure are happy!
- The sales tax from vendor sales should now correctly go to the cities treasury.
- Some spawns have been modified to spawn the planets level range, instead of a level range too low or too high for the planet. e.g. Naboo Kadu's
- The instant travel command now only calls an instant travel vehicle for one minute instead of five minutes. Customer Service hopes this will reduce the bug where you can not call your vehicle because it says it is coming to pick you up!
