New Customer Support Positions

DAoC's Director of Customer Support, Jeff Hickman, posted a notice on the Camelot Herald about some openings in the customer service dept there:
    We have several new openings in Customer Support. Read on for the details... Customer Support Positions : Full-Time In-Game Support Reps needed. Description: These positions will serve as first-level support within our In-Game Support Center for DAoC. Job duties will include answering appeals in a timely, efficient and polite manner to assist our customers with game related issues. Requirements: The ideal applicant will have exemplary customer service and communication skills, as well as a good knowledge of the Dark Age of Camelot game itself. These positions are full-time in our 24/7 game support center. The ability to work a flexible schedule (Evenings, weekends, and holidays, etc.) is a must. These positions are located in Fairfax, VA.
