/Level is going live tomorrow with patch 1.62 and with that Sanya has posted a list of the realm/servers that will be set for /Level lvl 30. She has also taken a moment to explain why they will not be releasing the information on what factors are used to determine which realm/server gets distinguished for /level 30 instead of 20. You can read about the how's and why's here on the Herald, but for now here is the list of realm/servers that will start your character at level 30:
