In the team leader section on the Camelot Herald Mike posted that "We're happy to announce that we've added a new Team Lead position focused on Role Playing in DAOC..."
    The primary goal of the Role Playing team lead is to understand and articulate the challenges and issues facing players on the role playing servers. The focus of this role is to identify sources of frustrations for role players and to help the dev team come up with possible solutions that require very little or no server specific changes.The role playing team lead should also act as an advocate for role players in ensuring that any proposed changes to the game that may hinder role playing or further diminish the immersion factor of DAOC are brought to the attention of the dev team. (for example, the “pelvic-thrust” /taunt emote which turned out to be offensive to many Role Players) The Role Playing team lead is required to write reports at intervals determined by the TL coordinator. The TL is encouraged to interact with the player base on various DAOC community forums.
