Style Procs- ALL procs from style effects should scale with level. At lower levels they border on overpowered, and stay exactly the same through level 50, not creating much of an effect at all. Style procs are usually resisted because they're low level spells, and when they do land, they do low damage. I'd really like to see this put in, cause we're balanced around those procs. If we cant use them in RVR, we lose massive amounts of damage potential.
