Yes talk to Sister Elaydith and she will ask you to speak to a named guard just outside of the interior Camelot gates (just outside of the main hall with the round table) about the illness. He will direct you to a man that is inflicted which is just a few steps away. The man asks you to deliver a letter to his family in Ludlow. You find his brother and he offers you come gold and asks that you take a note back to him. After delivering the note I recieved nearly 7 mill XP and was sent back to Sister Elaydith. She directed me to slay Malroc the cook in Darkness Falls. Make sure to defeat all the tempters before taking on the cook otherwise you will have to take on the whole room. After finishing the new Black Plauge quest you talk to Sister Elaydith again for a new quest. She sends you to Darkness Falls once again to speak to the new imp near the merchants. He sends you to get a Granite stone from a granite giant stonecrusher in the Southwestern portion of Dartmoor. I've never heard of them but went to Dartmoor in search of them and have not found them yet.

I've talked to all the guards and people in the Inn in Jord but can't find anything out about these. Anyone else have any luck?
