The Aion team made a post on the game's official Web site that addresses four customer support questions that are currently hot topics since the MMO launched on Tuesday. The first topic addresses queue times and suggests players use the tracking tools on the site, such as the server statistics page, to determine which servers are most populated. The team also says it is working on ways to alleviate the length of queues. As we reported yesterday, NCsoft will be increasing server caps and adding two new servers.

In order to maintain balanced servers, you can only create characters of one faction on each server. In-game items you earned through the pre-order and collector's edition deals may take up to 12 hours to appear after you apply them to your account and claim them through the Web site. Gender Switch and Appearance NPCs can currently be found in the game, but you can't buy tickets to use them yet.
