Two months ago come the 24th of this month Sanya mentioned on the Camelot Herald that "We have decided to retire the Andred server. It will happen in the next two months" Yesterday on the Vaults Andred (PvP) forums Julie Velez, Mythic Communications team, gave a little update to the status of this impending move:

Ok Guys, here is the skinny on the merger - The code is now in place with the 1.64 patch. Internal testing is ongoing so that we can meet our deadline. I will keep you posted as details unfold.
