With these server merges, Aion is changing to become a newer, bigger game, so remember to treat your new neighbours well!

The Aion team had a friendly reminder today for players, as these new Aion server merges will be bringing more people together than ever before. With that said, however, it's quite easy to immediately begin to form your little server-only groups, all the while excluding the new players, but just remember that the community does, indeed, begin with you, and if you treat others unkindly, you may find yourself being treated the same in the near future. The Aion team just wanted to remind players to be sure to include all of the new guys and gals on their servers, and even though you may need to grab a new character or Legion name, just remember that this was all in the name of bigger and better things! (Props to whoever spots that pun!).

So remember, if you want Aion to be a friendly place, be sure to treat others as you'd like to be treated yourself. The Aion team also noted that they will be stepping up their moderation on trolling, abuse and harassment on their forums, and there will be more community events planned in the future, so let's hope this is a sign of good things to come for Aion!
