To figure out a new way to balanced servers for all players, the Aion Team has temporarily suspended character transfers

I'll bet you're getting a little bit tired of all this Aion talk of server merges, character transfers and all that hooplah. Unfortunately, this is definitely not the last we'll hear of this particular issue, as the Aion Team has just temporarily suspended all character transfer services in order to figure out just how they can properly balance server populations, especially with regards to that fine balance between Asmodians and Elyos, as well as trying to keep all of their servers relatively close to each other with regards to player populations.

In this way, the team has decided to take this extra time to figure out a plausible solution to addressing the issue of server balances and, once they think of a good plan to follow, we should see free character transfers opening up once more. As well, because the Aion Team has locked server transfers, for those of you who still have accounts with race conflicts, don't fret about not making that first deadline to get the Fight on the Right Side rewards: everyone will be getting them, regardless of race conflicts or not!
