Cindy "Abigale" Bowens talks about her own experiences in the Alpha and the VIP key controversy.

Rift Podcast 17 is now available and once again the team is joined by Senior Community Manager Cindy "Abigale" Bowens. Abigale talks to fans this time about her own personal experience in the Rift: Planes of Telara alpha. The process has been long and stressful, but everyone is working very hard to keep the game on schedule.

Abigale also covers the issue of VIP Beta Keys, which has been a bone of contention amongst members on the official forums. Trion has been releasing keys through a number of contests all around the web. These are not the only ways to get keys, however; they are just the first phase of key distribution that Trion is working on.
