SOE Station Access Will Soon Drop to $19.99

Sony Online Entertainment just confirmed during their live E3 stream that Station Access will soon be dropping to $19.99 per month from the current price of $29.99 per month. That means you can get access to all of SOE's games for a little more than the price of one game subscription!

We expect SOE to release more details on the price cut in the near future. Will you be taking advantage of this lower Station Access price once it's implemented?

I'll believe it when I Actually see it happen. I just looked, and the SA is still on the website as being $29.95 a month.

I mite consitter this, than. But when you have more than 1 acct. this also gets expensive. It's always been my idea that if you held more than 1 acct., than SoE should offer you an even farther discount for the dedication to there games and services. . . . on both accounts, or hell, offer a way to consolidate multiple acct.'s into 1 price.

Well YAY !!! I had to downsize my subscriptions due to the monetary amount of keeping four accounts .... maybe now I can once again have mine and hubbys subs all again .. hopefully they will give us an option to pay for months or a year for this too :) For those of us that have been with them since EQ1 beta ... this is finally a nice little present :) Thank you SoE !!!

I used to use Station Access before they raised it from $25/month to $30/month. Now that it's $20/month, I feel a resurrection of some long disused dust covered charactors in other SOE games coming on.

Not too long ago EQ2 came out with rewards for subscribing multi months at a time instead of month to month. Station Access subscribers were not eligble for those rewards or for anything but month to month. I dropped SA and went for a year at a time for EQ2. I didn't play the other games for more than the occasional visit,so it was no great loss.

I would however love to go back to SA if they are able to coordinate with the incentives the other games have and include a multi month option, otherwise no thanks.

Very good change. Having station access at the price of two games (monthly) never made sense to me. Longer term subscriptions were not available for Sation Access, but were for games (2 years of EQ2 costs like 8 bucks a month.) No huge incentive for it. Now, for just a little more, the incentive is much better.
