Man that sucks, sorry to hear it and I hope things for you and everyone else affected by Sandy gets better as soon as possible. What I did was just bought $5 to $10 worth on several accounts through the main EQ site and paid with PayPal but it also takes the 4 major credit cards or debit/atm cards as well as SMS (no bonus, which is odd, why bother having this option?) and was instant as well.

I only wish I had been able to manage another $15 to get Hero's Forge for 3 more toons but I will on the next double or triple SC sale around Thanksgiving or Christmas/New Years etc. I did wind up spending $35 on EQ though and got a lot of neat stuff and look forward to the next sale. Hopefully some new mounts, player and pet illusions and familiars come along, the metamorph idea is awesome IMO but the mounts from claims from HoT, VoA and RoF do not appeal to me, they seem to be aimed at the female and children crowd for the most part, but that's just my opinion and preference

I believe they're actually switching to a $10 card with +250 bonus cash. That's what my usual Walmart has gone to, had to go to a different one in town.

In theory they still have them, but you're not the first person I've seen mention that. Have you tried Target or Best Buy? I know it won't have the bonus 500 then, but if you only want retail cards it's worth a look.
