"Every time we get reports that a chunk of players can't access the game, one of the network guys checks everything out. If the problem is us, we fix it on the spot (that's why the network studmuffins have cell phones and why they get the "big bucks" - they're on call 24/7). If the problem is not us, we call up the offending party and pitch a fit. If it's not us, that's all we can do.
