During September, multi-month subscription plans for RIFT are discounted.

RIFT has gone Free-to-Play, but Trion Worlds has kept the subscription around as an optional boost to players. Known as the Patron option, players who subscribe to RIFT will get a multitude of daily and lasting boosts including store discounts, priority queuing and extra currency, experience and reputation gains.

Throughout the month of September, Trion is offering sales on package deals of this subscription. The single month cost will remain at its usual $14.99 price while the 3-month, 6-month and 12-month will be $2, $4 and $20 off respectfully. At these sale prices, the yearly subscription costs less than seven individually purchased months of the service!
