SOE has been rather busy trying to preapre the Test Center for upcoming Publish 10 release. The devs apologize for having the servers down for so long but it is a neccesary step in taking the game to higher levels. JustG, one of the devs, had the following messages to for TC community:

Folks, it is Test Center. Although we try to maintain the integrity of it at all times, it is a business tool for us to use to support the live game. We really appreciate the testing that occurs here, and we want to foster the community as much as we can, so of course we will try to give head's up whenever anything wonky is happening. Frequently we will not be able to. In order for us to get cool stuff out to Live as rapidly as possible, it needs to be this way. Anything at all can happen on TC, up to and including a full wipe, without warning. We have never had to do anything this drastic, and hopefully we never will, but I need to set the expectation (again) that this server is for testing. - g ... folks, In getting P10 ready to push to TC we will be rolling back TC a day or so. We are looking to get P10 on TC very soon (as Trayson said!) Thanks, - g
