| Your still wrong. You only get double damage when the mob is not moving, and is not rooted. That can happen if it is running away and snared, or it is standing still attacking someone else. The direction the mob is facing doesn't matter at all when determining if you will get double damage. | ||||

| Missing 15 times in a row should be incredibly rare with 150 skill. First, make sure you are on a level with your target. | There is only one type of fletching kit I have ever seen, and your recipe seems correct. The only thing I can think of is that tailors can make silk strings can't they? I have only ever used ones bought from fletch merchants. Maybe tailored ones dont work. | ||||
