well, apparently we did tunare well enough tonight she got a little aroused, cuz she dropped an Essence of Nature. Finally. I think that was our first EoN in probably 10 tunare kills. Well, I was lucky enough to win it, so now I strut around with my red pulsing FT5 shield.
sucks though, 2 more |

I have read a lot about both EQ 2 and world of warcart. Both are supposed to be the best games, and of us have ever seen. i heard some deal where u pay $8 more per month and u get EQ2, ur regular EQ, and something else, i wish i could remember, but it was supposed to be a great game also. As posted [link=https://everquest.allakhazam.com/news/sdetail1582.html?story=1582]here[/link], they put in a thingy which gives you a discounted rate for multiple games. I'm just happy about it for planetside personally. Though I suppose it'd be handy for an EQOA/EQ player as well.

well sounds like your Opinion on SWG was more than just a bit jaded....
But like the guy above just stated Lucas Arts games are always secrets at E3.....
Ive been Beta testing it for a few weeks now...
All i can say is the graphics esp in some areas are outstanding...
I guess according to NDA |

I agree with the other posts on SWG in this thread. The only reason you didn't get overwhelmed with SWG like the others was you weren't able to play it. Due to NDA not being lifted the people in the beta can't even give you the information that will settle you curiousity. You also have to remembe |

Allakhazam wrote this write up based on what we saw at E3. Not speculation on random posts on various boards.
From what I saw at E3, I am rather worried about the outlook for this game. I guess it's more not what I saw, but what I did not see. For a game closing in on it's rumoured re |

I understand what you're saying and all, however the only problem is with the NDA still in place, unless you were one of the "invited" you didn't get a chance to go into the SWG demo area, they did have one up that various members of the press and vendors were invited to come in a test, in |

yep, WoW is definetly going to own it all. It looks like a combination of EQ and DAoC with the super secret ingrediant...CHEMICAL BLIZZARD. Blizzard knows better than anyone wat theyre doing and how to make a game that the people want. They are in constant contact with the players and would change t |

But again I will have to try it first to see and feel the game out a little before.

Please, check again catpurr, of course there are screenshots from the actual game, especially the magequest1-4 JPGs...
Also I don't know why you think it'd be 3rd person only, as there are clearly screenshots from the first person view...:)

i think WOW is going to own, mainly becuase it's warcraft world, a very cool place indeed, and becuase it's Blizzard, and they are the BEST at what they do, no doubt about it.
i also think, but doing my research, lineage 2 is going to be downright great! the looks are outstanding, and by what i |

These are indeed ingame screenshots.
One interesting thing we were told at E3 by the WoW development team is that their engine is pretty lightweight. They don't do alot of fancy shadows or spectral lighting (although one version of the client we saw was experimenting with it), and as such it do |

I have been hearing tons about city of heroes over the last two years, a lot of hype behind it, mostly by comic book lovers however, but it should be a pretty cool game. They have talked about it some in game developer mag. and showed how they used a custom art system so that people's super heroes |

i think "good" as you describe it, is your opinion of the gameplay..
i base "good" on a few things:
1) great gameplay, great graphics (this is IMO, but the sell numbers show what the majority of the gaming community's IMO is)
2) Support
3) Actually releasing a FINISH |
