DMG Bonus depends on LVL and CLASS... a wizard would get NO damage bonus since he can't weild it and when inspecting it would not even show DMG bonus...
Any melee class that can use this will see a damage bonus depending on their CLASS and LVL... Warriors obviously get a bigger primary damage bon |

Sorry, I just can't afford to equip a 2HB item. I need my lightsource. I'm HIE and I'm blind! And I get wis and other stats on both hands with 1HB and an offhand lightsource shield.
I wonder if Verant doesn't set up stuff like this to see how many really stupid Clerics are in the game? |

I Weild a Paw of Oppalla in primary and Testament of Vaneer in the other.At higher lvls you need resist stuff.If you are still melee after lvl 39 somethings wrong with you.Only weapon you should wield is something with plenty of stats on it and i don't mean damage vs delay. |

If you are hunting in these areas at mid 40's you will get great exp.I soloed my Druid from 47 to 51 in tenebrous mts in about 3 weeks of play. Very important for newbie BL's to get thier H2H skill up asap as this disipline is one that doesn't require much stamina. I believe in the last patch the spawn rate was increased again as i have seen many more rare spawns.This item dropped for me off the Smiter,who spawns at the first platform near Twilight or the gallows looking thingy near the wall.Fairly consistent spawning if you keep these areas clear. |

i really have to agree with you fyrewalker. it makes no sense to have a lower lvl but newer zone drop better items than older but higher zones. this is the same kind of thing with the epic there are easier to get yet better weapons out there... you have to ask, "what is VI thinking when they do |
