Can you skip the "bone chips" part of the initiate quest? I noticed if I say "What initiate of tunare" without giving chips, he tells me to get ghast hearts.
I'd like to avoid messing with the silly bone chips.
I'm not quite sure I understand this item. Does it give you +2 Wis just for having it in your inventory? Or, is it perm +2 Wis when you eat it? Or, is it temp +2 Wis when you eat it?
