This weapon is worthless for me until it is at the top level and I hate toting such a meager weapon at 70th level vs. much more capable weapons. | Group average level has to be at least 68+ and even then they are rare drops. Happens in creator missions and I have heard in the nest as well but I havent done a nest yet, so I cant say. Never seen one in stillmoon yet. | ||||
