Tip: To get more points for your crown - turn it into the NPC located at divine fortress instead. (obviously more dangerous though)

The NPC to turn in the crowns at Reshanta/Teminon/Latis Plaza is actually spelled 'Bergila' with one L. With it correctly spelled, you can use the pathfinding chat command /where Bergila - and it will locate her for you. The original spelling with two Ls might be an NPC but is at a hard-to-find location if you try pathfinding that name and isn't the correct NPC to go to anyway.
