I am like, 85/87 quests trying to get this achievement. I have walked all around it looking for other NPC's or something to get me those last two quests but I can not find them anywhere. What are some of the harder to find quests in this region that I may have missed to fill those out?

There are 2 quests that count towards the zone that you complete just over the bridge into scarlet gorge. Perhaps these are the 2 that you need?
